He would be the highest profile player on a resurgent (hopefully) UK team and would be a legit All-American candidate because of it. If he wanted to increase his exposure for the next draft, that would be one hell of a way to do it.

They played BYU 2 years straight, one in the WAC, then the next season when they joined the Big 12, look up the press conference after the games on YouTube, he said it's the most difficult offense he's ever had to prepare for.

And also a reminder Pope got 0 high school recruits this cycle (not counting mason williams or zyon hawthorne).

When you don't have an answer by 3pm Saturday you start losing your minds throwing vitriol at the coach the kid, UK. Multiple posts about him playing the system looking for the highest bidder. I ask you if your son was marginal to ever play in the NBA(as M is now) would you advise him to rush into a decision about a deal that is likely to be the most money he will make in his whole life. Let the kid decide what he wants to do, he will anyway. If he wants to wait a few days to get it right so what, right now he doesn't owe us a damn thing.
