This really is pocket change for Cal. I don’t know why the rich ask for our help with financial burdens. It is quite annoying.
That being said my thoughts and prayers are with Mike and his family.
Demanding someone wealthier to provide financial benefits to someone else simply because they are wealthier is exactly like socialism. The government aspect is irrelevant. There really isn't a difference to see.
Almost 100,000 grand really isn't pocket change for anyone. Particularly when you factor in tax burdens, his snd his families expense, and what he likely already donates to other causes. If Cal gives 100,000 to everyone in need, he probably isn't going to have much left.
You're also assuming a great deal. Perhaps he did offer and Pratt wouldn't accept.
P.S. if you're giving prayers why does he need the treatment?
No is demanding. They are asking. Where has someone demanded this of Cal? And to be socialism, by definition, a government body does have to be the middle man.
