Per 1620 yesterday morning, it sounds like he would be interested but he's got a good thing going at TN right now. Also, it sounds like his wife does not want to move back to Lincoln per the report as well.
honest question....if no emotional attachment to either place, where would the better place to live be? I've never been to Knoxville so I can't answer the question but TN in general seems like it would be a pretty ok place to live

Grew up in Lincoln, spent time in Knoxville. Knoxville is an amazing city and I’d live there over Lincoln every time. Right in the smoky mountains, and an awesome college town. Lincoln is a wonderful place, but it’s not the no-brainer to move there like some posters make it sound . Usually, it’s people that have never moved away.
Exactly my reaction. But, as they say, I guess we should be willing to provide solutions rather than just identifying problems.
That said, people need to stop living in the past and realize there is a lot more going on in the world of football than just what happens in our little NU bubble. Been part of the problem IMO, so let's not keep making that mistake.
