Again, unlikely we win yesterday with Foley. Ek has the ST playing lights out.

This high-lights something I claimed earlier. Ek doesn't have this degree of success without the personnel already in place. Foley may have had the best of intentions but he was an utter dud as a coach. Weird part was he appeared to have a good history as a ST coach.
Wasn't it into the crazy MSU game wind? I could be wrong...
What I want to see more than anything is after Nebraska beats Minnesota and when the coaches go to midfield to shake hands I want to see Ekeler hunt down Fleck running up to him like he's going to do a flying chest bump. I want to see Fleck's eye's wide and wondering what is about to happen, he's not accustomed to being Alpha B. 
I think it was last week against Maryland but may have had one in the wind too vs MSU.
His influence and resulting turn around have been nothing but spectacular.

Ekeler is freaking awesome! I love how people almost duck for cover when he gets fired up. Coach Rhule put his hands up like, “Okay. Take it easy.”

There needs to be as many posts praising Ekeler and how well his units are playing this year as there are posts whining about Holgerson and Butler.
The punt coverage on the one where their returner had literally nowhere to go was super impressive. There were 4 guys there in a semi circle around him. Guy had no chance. You couldn’t place guys in better positions
Just need our kicker to make more of the field goals.

I saw that and think the first one down there was a pudgy white guy. It shows me it's always been effort and energy but not the standard excuse that guys aren't fast enough.
Sometimes coaching with guys like that DOES get a little annoying but it usually has more to do if they are annoying. Ekler seems fun.
Loved Sirles’ commentary on the kickoff TD. Ek set NW up for that and then Mozee had the block that made it go.
