we have an interim head coach who has never done this before - we are 3 days after a huge commitment that specially mentioned MJ as the reason he committed
you know beyond a shadow of a doubt he is going to get questions about it … he should have been better prepared by compliance to answer those questions when you know damn well they are coming

Every single coach who offered knows he committed to NU and he did an hour long made for TV special on his commitment. Sigh. NCAAIt's a huge nothing burger. Not even worth discussing.
Theoretically I suppose, in reality doubt it would stand up given the contextI suppose you could argue that he was just "using" a name and not "his" name...if you really wanted to fight it.
