Wished he could have stayed here longer as a WR coach..

Hes been a position coach at 2 major programs and interim head coach for 6 games at the D1 level.


He needs to overcome his off the field issues.
Pretty light resume for a guy who is 7 years away from being eligible for social security. This is a good opportunity for him.

Yes. First head coaching gig after alleged domestic abuse. Build resume and learn what it's like to be a head coach. Huge difference than anything else he's done.

Sure he had interim tag. He's got figure out what he wants and get a staff....I'd say getting feet wet

Agree. Tons of guys who have been interim head coaches. Much different being the permanent head coach.
