It is, just as it is in pretty much every sport. The biggest talent discrepancy between those teams at the very top and everyone else isn't always in the starters. It's often with the backups.

Maybe yes maybe no. Plenty of mens teams have played 6-7 guys (Kentucky 2012, Duke 2015, UNC 2017, etc) and been fine. If your starter talent is THAT good you can get by playing 6-7 players.

Ugh. Iowa just becoming too one dimensional which I feared.,They don’t have any sets that don’t involve feeding the post. And if Ava is out that strategy just won’t work. But they are so scrappy and defending/rebounding exceptionally well.
