Everybody said Arkansas was gifted a cakewalk to the Championship Series being on that side of the bracket. I have watched a few Michigan games and they have been hot at the right time. They have already beat the #1 and #8 seed twice. I look for them to give Vandy a run for the money.

and herein-lies the biggest issues with the college baseball scholarship issue.

It's bad for baseball when teams win big that don't care. You can't imagine that happening in football or basketball because it's impossible. It take caring to build a good program.

Baseball skips that step and leaves schools that do care with the odd question as to whether they should care about a sport that gives small private schools and wealthy endowment schools a massive advantage in the rules.

It's horrible for the game of baseball but don't expect to hear that from, every hire is a great one, Kendall Rogers. He cares way more about getting access to coaches than criticizing part of he the game in an effort to make the sport better.

Dude, Rogers is definitely a little man who thinks he’s cool, but he certainly rails on the scholarship issue.

It's hard to say.

Personally, I'd rather see Michigan win.

But both teams stand for things I don't like. Big Ten is against the additional paid assistant. Vandy has the opportunity fund.

Honestly, I see the NCAA allowing the assistant before coming down on Vandy. They've let Vandy get away with it for so long I do not see it changing. So I guess I'm for Vandy. A little bit.

They have two dickhead fans that get enjoyment out of being notoriously annoying. They have wonderful lives ahead of them while we struggle in the muck eking out our miserable existence despite our level of support and history. Sure, Michigan may not care about baseball, but they have won two national titles in baseball and a third does no damage to us in the sec. if anything, maybe it starts generating support in a conference that hasn’t won a title in 40+ years and eventually leads to a system with sensible scholarship totals.

These are very good points. I, like you, always consider how MSU is affected.
