We beat Wisconsin by dominating them defensively. Our offense is mediocre but enough to win. At the end of the day we have more W’s than L’s. We deserve to be where we are now let’s beat Illinois. Our issues are O-line and we have some young guys who may not be ready for prime time yet but it will get there. What we need is to get some game breakers on offense. Hopefully let’s get Josh Moore. Let’s increase Bryce Kirtzs role and Cam Porters. Let’s beat Illinois and then plan for OSU and I guarantee the coaches will use every trick in the book as we will be huge underdogs and have absolutely nothing to lose

Here’s the reality with respect to the MSU loss: we’re not an elite team. Our margin of error is smaller than the teams being considered for the CFP. We don’t have CFP level playmakers on offense. So, then you look at the situation: we had played slobberknocker Big Ten football games 5 weeks in a row, 4 of our opponents had bye weeks (3 directly before playing us) while we kept laying down tape and getting beaten up week after week, we come out tired and flat, MSU comes out giving it’s best shot of the season...all of that and we still had a lead in the 4th. This bye week was the best thing possible for us and much needed.

The trolls say we don’t deserve a title for losing to MSU? Does Wisconsin deserve the title if we COMPLETELY shut them out just out of the end zone, but the red zone altogether after what, their second or 3rd drive?
