Chit Chat has been really bad late against their double team. She has to be better than that.
MSU's lack of fouls is actually working against them as they can't foul their way to a possible possession from a missed FT because we ain't shootin' any.
Why is this girl playing such close defense without fouling?

The defense stepped up at the end when they really needed some stops.
Taylor missing repeated wide open 3s is a thing.

In her defense the others did nothing to help her. A lot of standing around.
A struggle at the end but they just beat one of the very best teams in the B1G to go 7-0 in the conference and 16-2 overall. One of the best starts in Iowa women's basketball history. Hell of a season so far. Stick that in your pipe and smoke it doubters!!
Need to play Deal more, mot like mccabe and others dont have turnovers, and she has a decent shot and some size

great win but got rattled near the end and almost blew it IMO.
Kind of amazing. Hawks are 16-2. 7-0 in Big Ten and some posters just continue to make negative comments. Are there things to clean up? Yes. Do freshmen struggle at times? Yes. Everyone take a breath and enjoy where these ladies are. Tough games ahead
Obviously that does not seem to be a point of emphasis for Big Ten refs. An 8U house league ref makes those calls but in this league the refs seem to not understand the rules. Good news is, Hawks win despite the mysterious refereeing.

31 turnovers between the two teams, which seems generously low for just how sloppy this game was.
