If Cook and/or Moss don’t go pro early, that entire Iowa team comes back next year. Tons of talent on that team. The D is suspect at best but they can score with anyone in the country. I love the 6’6” freshman Wieskamp.

I was very impressed by Iowa., Smart solid players who could shoot. Garza and Weiskamp really stood out tonight. Michigan looked vulnerable . With the exception of Bradzeikas , nobody really impressed. Their outside shooting and guard play was mediocre at best and they were badly out rebounded by Iowa. The Iowa zone really hurt them and Garza was especially good in the paint. Iowa's a very likeable team and a joy to watch--not flashy but solid .....

I think our coach is not disappointed by Michigan losing, he is probably going to study the film and look for what worked so well against them

Iowa was unconscious tonight. The announcer suggested it wasn’t just their best game this season but in the last several seasons.

Just watched the 60-minute replay on BTN. Came away thinking we match up pretty well with Michigan. They seem a tad slower than some other teams we’ve played, and with our size I believe we can be as effective in a zone as Iowa was. Question is always whether we can make enough shots, but being at home I like our chances.

Michigan is deadly from the arc, they may not look overwhelming but its their system that gets it done, when the shots arent falling like they werent against Iowa and Wisconsin they lose. RU does not play good perimeter defense so there is a potential for them to get things going if they are on. They are much like Wisconsin which alot of people on the board discount
