It is CBS, and 330 was announced last Monday. The network was just announced after the six day hold. And for those confused, there is CBS and CBS Sports Network. They are two different channels.

Ummmmm......, by broadcast contract with b1g & BTN, CBS's time slot on Saturdays is always 3:30pm (FOX has the Noon timeslot on Saturdays - they have branded it "B1G Noon Kickoff" and NBC has the Primetime Saturday night timeslot which they've branded "Big Ten Saturday Night" - including a theme song).

In any event, once it's announced that PSU will be a CBS Saturday Broadcast, it's a 3:30 game - there is no time TBD as CBS is contractually locked-in to the 3:30 time slot on Saturdays for their b1g telecast.
