Love you seniors. Thanks for the effort but fitting end that it was FTs that cost us. Valiant effort from Juice at the end.

But Birt's disappearance or perhaps other teams focusing on him was the downfall of this team. Just not enough scorers.

Not sure that was a Bill Self play out of the timeout. Shot clock violation. The eight turnovers by Wright and Curtis were killers.
Birt goes under the screen on their hottest shooter gives up 3, then he drives to the hole when he hadn't done anything all game.
Haith closing with Birt and Wright over Swannegan and Smith was absolutely insane. Indefensible.
Congratulations to Harrison, Smith and Swanney...the only ones who showed up tonight.

It wasn't just the last 2 minutes. Pretty sure it started around the 6 minute mark.
Especially crazy since those two incredible defensive players were KILLING it on offense all night.

I don't like the substitution patterns at all. It was obvious who should of been out there in cruch time, and for whatever reason, Teo of the guys werent. Excited for next year, but this loss will take some time to get over. Should be playing Friday, just a few bone head plays and open misses. Frustrating in many ways
It still boggles my mind that these guys achieved greater heights than the talent Wojcik had.
Birt's shooting mid season got us the tourney bid. He actually played good defense tonight, minus the last 3 he gave up going under the screen. It's hard to win when he does not score a point, Woodard goes 3-12, and Ray misses all his 3's.

I feel ok. The guys played their game in the second half. No embarrassment at all just gratitude.
I would have liked to see swanningan play more in the second half....seemed like he was playing with passion but spent so much time on the bench
Wojciks peak talent and Haith and we lose 5 games this year and are a 5-6 seed.
I hope Haith can recruit like Wojcik did. This upcoming class looks as promising as any in recent memory so I'm hopeful we will see progress.
I lined out next years team in Excel after the Memphis loss and I'll post it when I'm back on my PC.
Two trips to the dance in 3 years with an NIT in between, can't be too upset. Could they have won the game? Yes. Should they have won the game? Again, yes, but overall a good season and like others I'm already looking forward to next season and what the new guys can do, maybe they can shock the world.
