It seems the difference between his dismissal of Davon Dillard and Zack Dawson and his reinstatement of Weathers is that he needs Weathers for the team to win. He is struggling to convince people that stealing debit cards and using them is really ok if you are a great player.

Dawson was a 4* top 120 national recruit. I don't know the exact story behind his dismissal other than he refused to do what the staff asked. I assume you don't haphazardly dismiss a national recruit though.

Dillard would be in the starting lineup this year. He was by far the best athlete on the team and could flat out knock down the three. He was suspended three times (the last two measured in months) during his two years at OSU. He was a knucklehead. However, he would have absolutely helped this team last season and especially this season. He had as much potential as any player on that squad.

Gotta give Boynton some credit for getting rid of idiots who don't get it. Ford never would have.

Shot a car window with a BB gun apparently. Knuckleheads...especially Weathers who was given a second chance. That's four players Boynton has kicked off the team in the last month. Not many bodies left on the roster.

This is unfortunate for us. OSU was showing signs of life in conference.

Of course it is a moot point if we keep playing like crap.
