Has anyone seen Bordner in the workout videos on Snapchat? He has a long way to go in terms of building muscle and size.

Our best OL was easily Tariq Cole last year. Seymour definitely had some growing pains. But it was mostly our inside guys who got blown up terribly by opposing DLs. Who plays guard and center this year besides Miller? And if they're worse than our inside guys last year then we're screwed.
Nelson is the only OL we lose that we'll miss. As long as we find a center we'll be OK. Micah will either lock down a guard spot or play RT while Seymour probably slides inside

That wouldn't surprise me if he moves inside to DT. But we are robbing Peter to pay Paul. We need DE's and DT's. We haven't adequately addressed the DT position the last 2 years. You can't possibly deny that.

Don't forget the very underrated DL recruit from PA: Duggan . He has the frame & Speed to easily move to DT next year : 6' 2 " 273 lbs.

Kill has already said he likes Seymour and Cole the best out of the OLinemen, so he isn't going anywhere.

I prefer we keep Tverdov at DE for the first couple of years at least... he should be able to handle 265-270 lbs. and maintain his quickness...brother was another underrated guy who used great technique to play inside...it's up to coach Parker now.

Tverdov is not moving inside.

My guess is that Miller slides over to center.

I saw him when he was on a visit to the stadium. He doesn't have the size for an interior lineman. And he needs to bulk up and get some weight on to be a DE too.

Yeah people were worried that the new DE we took is too lean (he is right now), but so is Tverdov. He'll need to redshirt a year, but Tverdov will eat big and lift big for a look next year.

Miller, Mullen, Nelson
When the the OT's are young/weak, the experienced Inside has to cover fior them and sometimes look bad to "fans" when the interior is weak, the IT's can look bad to "fans"
In 09, would have loved Miller and Muller with Davis, Haslam, Blaze - and as much as I love Ryan, Nelson may have been an upgrade too
Muller and Nelson were not in any way better than Tariq Cole. Did you click the link? He was regarded as the best OT in the Big Ten. The BEST.

And I remember young Mr Forst getting all sorts of accolades as well.
I also don't want it to seem I am negative on Cole. He did well for his experience but in no way best in B1G...that is just crazy talk. There will be B1G OTs playing on Sundays this year. You are saying he is NFL ready right now?

According to a lot of media outlets he is. He'll only get better. He's a future pro.

No he wasn't! Wisconsin's Left Tackle Ryan Ramczyk was 1st team All B1G and is a projected 1st round draft pick.

Pro Football Focus had Cole rated out as the top LT in the B1G last year so that was their opinion.

Of course we all know what they say about opinions....

The line routinely got overrun in the inside last season and it had nothing to do with covering up weakness at tackle. Never saw someone as big as Muller be bull rushed so often.

It really is not that simple...Have you ever seen what happens when an experienced OL or member of a unit has to pull more than their weight because they also have to assist a younger less experienced member of that unit...Cole did not grade out better then Miller/Nelson/Muller by our own coaches...
Again, not a knock on the kid, he has great potential but take these different outside services and All B1G stuff with a grain of salt.

I like Muller but he really seemed to struggle last year.
