Still trotting out this tired BS after all this time. The Big cancelled the season and Pardons decided to work out with a trainer and prepare for the draft. After much campaigning the Big changed its mind. Pardons didn’t opt out of a damn thing. He chose not to opt back in under the ridiculous circumstances that existed at the time.

the problem with your statement is, he was already in California working out before the B1G cancelled the season. IMO he was never coming back to play his third year at PSU.

Moreover, he announced that he would not return to school, opting instead to prepare for the 2021 NFL Draft. He made the decision on Aug. 6, five days before Big Ten presidents and chancellors officially voted to postpone the season until the spring
