I don't want you here next year. You don't bring the toughness that MSU is known for and has taken pride in even during the down years.
With that said, it looks like you're getting another year anyway.
My advise is to fire who needs firing, fight for money to get better replacements, then grab coaches and players by the nape of the neck and make them understand softness will no longer be tolerated. If you don't get a handle on this, you'll be lucky if your next job is a bottom assistant at some Pennsylvania junior college.
