Buy Lego's sets. Pirate ships and castles. Some movie sets. Some of those do not increase in value but it will never depreciate. Do not open any of them. No asterisks.

I just bought some Legos. I wanted to go buy some of the old castle stuff I played with as a kid, but it’s all either gone or $500. I got some medieval blacksmith kit that somebody designed then Lego approved. I’m not into the Star Wars or Harry Potter stuff but if Lego went back to castles and space, I’m all in

Nice. It’s a good staple to have locally. All their whiskeys are $25-40 around here except for the ones where they use some farmer’s ingredients, and those are like $60

Lego creator has a 3 in 1 castle set. I figure in about five months they will discontinue it. It is listed at 99.00. Wal Mart in Pearl has it for 70.00. I think they have a price mistake. I am going to buy one of them today or tomorrow. Four years from now these will be worth 400 to 500 dollars.

I have heard mixed reviews on the CF14. But the complaints are all really about the price. I think it's in that Kentucky Owl, Sam Houston range of sourced stuff that is really good, but pricey because you have a couple extra hands taking profit.

If you saw my stock portfolio this week, you'd know spending $120 on a good bottle of bourbon is not that bad of an investment. Let us know if you pull the trigger.

I have some time to think on this, but my initial feeling is to hold until Jan 1, 2023 if you need the money. That will defer the taxes until April 2024 and get you 15 months worth of interest with the penalty deducted. If you do not need the money, hold for 5 years and worry about it then.
