- Enclose all sides and connect all concourses
- Reimagine South stadium entirely and include a party/standing room only section on the upper half
- Install new screens on both sides that stretch from side line to Sideline
- DEFINITELY install RED stadium seats everywhere
- Paint all metal structures, railings, etc RED
- Build North Stadium balcony seats in to match east stadium
- Install WORLD CLASS atrium in South
- dig field down to improve low row sight lives, go with natural grass, and get more creative with endzone designs
- BOOZE and more HIGH QUALITY food vendors

Love the party area. I think that is easiest way to have booze in the stadium and would generate a ton of revenue. Replace south stadium bleachers with seats.

Purdue has a party area, it is pretty cool.

I like that they are letting the area in front of the student union become a tailgate spot too.

There are several boosters that can fund a project by them self. Just get a few of them to pony up.
