Cliffs notes for someone who doesn’t want to watch 26 minutes of Coach Prime and Colorado football?
I won't watch the video but I will say that Colorado has lost a couple excellent prospects through the portal over the years. These are guys getting drafted and the latest is that big OT.
Of course, NU couldn't get any of these guys. I think all of this portal business is hurting us more than helping us at this point. For the resources we supposedly have, we pretty much suck at the portal.

We live in an adapt or die world. What hurts us is putting 100 million into a guy who can't adapt properly, whether because he is terrible, burned out, or doesn't care. Trev decided to hire a guy from NFL who had some success in a pre-nil, portal world...that guy walked in with fake confidence because he had just been an embarrassment in the NFL and was just going to do what "worked" at Baylor and Temple. Trev made the decision and then immediately jumped ship, probably knowing that his career as an AD was tied to Rhule. Again, the extension is the biggest issue at this point because the hire was bad but extending until 2032 was worse.
This x1000 from a football standpoint Husker fans cannot make fun of any other program ....right now ...or the last quarter century
Other than Rutgers and Northwestern we have no bragging rights vs anyone in this conference

That was kinda my take after watching them. Maybe it's just me but they seemed incredibly small. Even the lineman looked undersized. Defensive line actually looked pretty athletic though. Couple decent looking skill guys at WR and CB though.

Well, when you are 1-30 against top 25 teams in a decade your peers are going to be Northwestern, Maryland, Rutgers.

Not defending Rhule or Dannon, but it's worth noting, that longevity of failure you indicated is not all Rhule's. I'd hope we'd get rid of him long before those results. The next 1-2 years will be it if he's not improving our record.
Well when Rhule is winless against Iowa, Minnesota, and ranked opponents does it really matter?
The question you should be asking is "Can Rhule keep a lead and not choke?"

May I never reach a point where I think that what Prime is wearing in those clips is cool.
We all become old (God willing), but there is no age at which that can be considered cool. He makes the way that my dad (RIP) dressed look cool.

I don't think Rhule knew what he was getting into and wasn't prepared for it. Will he be given time to learn & adjust? I doubt it. Tom Osborne in the 70's and then the early 90's was the last coach who was afforded that privilege.
