I think that is true. We split both games and we both beat Illinois but we defeated Purdue and I think Maryland split with Purdue. The most important thing though is for us to win Saturday in any way that we can. we need to bounce back.

This is true. If Iowa loses at home to Wisconsin, then Wisconsin 6 and we are 7 if Maryland loses at least one and we win.
We also get 7th seed if we lose and Maryland loses twice.
We want NW to win, so maybe they can get near 75, and change our Q3 and Q2 wins to Q2 and Q1 wins
I would think so. It’s weird the 7-10 in the B1G may look weak record wise. Would be interesting how the committee values the conf strength.

I tried taking NW +7.5 when they were down 9-2 but it expired... dang it

I just looked at Maryland's schedule. For some reason I thought they had a lot of impressive wins. Other than at Illinois (obviously huge) and at Wisconsin (not so impressive anymore) their wins are very pedestrian.

A small notch higher than Rutgers. They split with Purdue, RU won the only meeting. Those two road wins are the difference. They lost to Northwestern and Indiana things RU didn't do
RU lost to Nebby thats worse than those two losses. RU lost to Michigan State too

Once you get past the top six BIG teams the parity /futility is over whelming .Rutgers,Maryland,Indiana ,Minnesota and Michigan State are all on the Titanic .A few still might be saved and get a NCAA bid The rest will have to face the wrath of fan bases and the media.
