Every year it is the same thing, I don't get it. No one is calling the game, I have no idea who is scoring, rebounding, etc. Instead, they talk about things that no one cares about. Also, right now Fox is not giving me great confidence that he isn't going to have a huge learning curve.

Glad I'm not the only one that thought announcers are awful. One guy is trying to call the game while the other dude rambles on and on. Turrible just turrible.
Agreed. These guys look awful. I'm truly stunned at how bad Fox looks.
Saw him play at Graves County this year. He could be a monster if he can get in shape!
I still think Cal's best class was Ulis, Booker, Lyles and Towns
Would be a great late pickup for Kansas but the way self has developed one and dones (if they were to be) and his track record in the tournament, they wouldn't scare me in a March matchup. That's just me though.
I know this game means nothing but I do worry some about Fox.He can't hit anything and is so sloppy.
Kinda hard for guards to operate in the half court when the teams don't run any plays or action, wouldn't ya say?
Not gonna say that the guards (any of them in the game) have been impressive, but there is a reason.
Doesn't strike me as a guy that will slim down. Just take him as he is. Gonna lose quickness but gain an inside presence they didn't have this year.
I suggest you don't put much stock in all star games. All of these UK players will be fine. You could tell Fox was pressing. He will be very good.

Diallo was MVP last year. Skal put on a clinic. Knight hit only 1 shot and it was the game winner. Please stop putting stock into this game. It's like people putting stock into an NBA all-star game. No one is playing hard on both ends and some are being much more selfish than they would normally.
Just gotta laugh at this people talking about Fox . These are not the kinda games pgs can excel in . Why the true pgs like Ball and Fox haven't done much in today or yesterday. Monk ( a sg ) has looked amazing as has Jackson. Make no mistake Fox is the one of the 5 best players in this class . I have seen in play 7 times ( real games this does not count) and is he is the best pg guard Cal has brought in since Knight IMO as Ulis I can't judge as I never saw him play in HS.
Exactly. AD was horrible in the MCD's game . Also Allen will not be a Uk as we aren't really even recruiting him so I am not sure why we are even talking about him. Bolden or bust as we really don't even have room for Bolden but he is so good you gotta make it one way or another. Allen is more along the lines of Diallo and Skal - RAW.
Have watched this thing the last 3 years with interest on our guys coming in and this is the worst game of the three. SO! Maybe that means they will play better once they get here. Last year, Skal looked great, bust. I am keeping my expectations low, this time.

Just remember that Diallo was the MVP in this game last year. The year before Booker looked like he didnt belong on the floor. Skal looked great in the Hoops Summitt game.

LOL . What ? Monk will play maybe 1 minute at game at PG. Fox is a monster of a player and a pure , pure pg. Monk might end up as one in the NBA one day but Monk cannot run a team yet really .
