Milam has improved his three-point shooting throughout his career. He averaged 37.7% his first two (2) years, before exploding to a 48.7% clip last year. There is no question that he is a premier shooter. He will draw
SIGNIFICANT defensive attention this year. It will be interesting to see how well he shoots this year, with both that defensive pressure and the implied pressure that his team's success will depend on him shooting well.
I hope he plays 30+ minutes a game and shoots at least ten (10) threes a game. I suspect he will shoot somewhere between 40%-45%, but hope for something incredible, of course. He is capable of really going off for the entire season !! He compares very favorably with Brea and Lamb, imho.
