What are the high crimes and misdemeanors? You don't impeach someone just because you don't like Biden's policies. It's legal to seek asylum in the U.S. same as it was when Trump was in when thousands crossed in daily as well. This is all political theater (as it dies in the Senate) and Trump has said as much because he wants to campaign on the issue. Trump is killing your best chance to get any change in border law by killing the current bipartisan deal being proposed. If Trump gets back in, you'll never get what is being offered now as witnessed by Trump getting zero immigration reform passed when Repubs had full control.
