I was told by Clemson fan that we really didn't want him. I say ******** we need him in the mix. I haven't heard a thing in months. I know he is one and done and he won't be great for us but I think he can help a lot this next year.

Sorry if I missed a thread about it, but what's his deal? Why is he transferring? How many years does he have left to play? And any chance he can play right away or does he have to sit out a year?

something like kite flying, goat husbandry (probably have that at Clemson, so no)or whatever that was that Masoli pursued his graduate degree in----means he will play next year.

Thanks, no need to be a douche bag, not everybody is a message board warrior who spends every waking second reading this board.

I was a douche. I just felt like being one for a minute. I could have said it nicer but really felt like being an *** for sec. I did give you a link. Did you read it?

He could really make a difference for us next year. He was a three year starter at Clemson. I tried searching for some information myself and haven't seen much. I know he was visiting KY but I couldn't find much else.

According to the article on BDJ, he redshirted then was a 3 year starter at Clemson and will graduate with honors in may. Had a monster sophomore year with 103 tackles then was slowed by injuries last year. He should start at MLB but at the very least provides depth at a position we desperately need it.

We needed the starter. As far as this fall goes, this is better than signing a 5* recruit. He'll make a big impact on our defense this fall.

I've heard rave reviews on Hughes so far this spring. Not sure if any are strongenough to jump a 3 year starter but should make for good competition all around. Should be interesting to see which 3 come out starters. I like Collins' view of making the Will, Strong, and Middle all interchangable parts. That means the best 3 options will always be on the field.
