Funny, I just watched the CBS feed and saw the mugshot.......fact that you don't get that the photo on the right was taken by someone's phone or other device, probably reflecting from a TV, which automatically will alter its appearance......

But the thing is CBS DID NOT "whitewash" him......gee whiz. I watched it. The photo he put up was either intentionally doctored by someone to make it appear so or it was taken off a TV with a device and that will alter with the flash and all that technology involved.....
