Either way his bat has to be in lineup right now. 3 hrs in two games coning into today

Hatcher producing at the plate in Mac’s absence was great. Really shows the amount of bats we have in this lineup. Was happy to see Hancock swinging the bat well, also. Maybe Hatcher’s misplays had something to do with the lack of game time reps in right this season. Playing outfield is sometimes viewed similarly by some people as playing first base. Both positions are a lot harder than what the casual baseball fan would think.

may be germans but did anyone else scratch their head at Hatcher being pulled with RISP late in game 3? SC brought in lefty reliever so Lemonis countered with a RH bat (forget who), who flied out and was immediately followed by Hancock (L) in order.

Brought in Halter for the AB. Then played Cumbest in RF the next inning.
