Matt Jones: Brown or Bassey

Greg brown from texas im assuming with shaka leaving.
Maybe the nba prospect transfer that Travis Graf mentioned?
Bassey and Tshiebwe as the front court is some kind of fantasy.
there is a gap. Cal wants 4 bigs to rotate at the 4 and 5. Toppin isn’t a cal type 4 neither is brooks. OT is undersized for a center. I fully expect another impact big to come aboard if Jackson stays in.
With Toppin, Brooks, and Ware, Brown doesn't make as much sense as a point guard would. I'd still take him if Brooks left.
Greg Brown I could see us going after. He is listed as a SF, so that could work out. Bassey likely wouldn't come to share time with Oscar.
Brown makes a lot more sense......obviously take either, as they are both very talented
I'd take the big kid from Morehead, Johni Broome if he ever comes available.
Conspiracy theory: Calipari faking interest in Texas to get players’ attention and tempt them to Kentucky. Excited to play for me? Then come to Kentucky
we landed on the moon
that’s exactly what I was going for but I’m lazy and didnt wanna post the gif haha
Here's a link to a tweet with a screenshot of the tweet.
I am glad to see Cal is working the transfers hard. This is going to be a much different looking team by the time next season rolls around. I still think we end up taking another PG and another wing too. And if Jackson stays in the draft, we'll probably take another big as well. I don't think Cal is going to allow a repeat of this season again. We need a full roster of hard working blue collar players, not a bunch of soft one and done types. That way when someone is having an off night or playing badly, we'll have someone on the bench to take his place. The bench is a great motivator, but with the one and done, we've not been able to use it as such since Cal has been here. It is time for that to change.
I say Brooks transfers considering he’s not feeling kentucky life, and we get Bassey and Brown.
Maybe UK told him to take it down and don’t ruin it
Wishful thinking
Wishful thinkingI wonder what that was about with Brooks?A lot of talk about him being unhappy last season but to be fair 9-16 would take a toll on a player.
Surely he thought he was sending someone a DM and realized he goofed and tried to cover it up. BBN don't sleep tho.Maybe UK told him to take it down and don’t ruin it
There's fire to this smoke.
Doubt they would have gotten to him that quickly. The way it’s worded and sent makes me wonder if he maybe thought it was a reply to a message or something since it was deleted in minutesMaybe UK told him to take it down and don’t ruin it
Jai Lucas already paying dividends. He’s already done more than Justus has in a few months.
Brown would also seem to fit what Travis Graf was Tweeting about earlier today.
Wonder if he was replying to a DM and sent it as a tweet?
Matt really thought he was gonna get that delete off without any SS. BBN lit that thang up like a firing range.
Well logically it wouldn’t be good for things like this to surface when the players haven’t entered the portal yet. Wouldn’t be good to give their current programs the opportunity to push back.Maybe UK told him to take it down and don’t ruin it
I keep asking this.. but where's the room? Sure, I'll take talents like CB or Brown.. but that has to mean someone is going to leave or de-commit. We are already pretty covered at PF/C..
