Way to go Matt. We Suck in every aspect of the game and Mike Riley is the head coach. Just look at the play of our offensive line and our special teams for heavens sakes.

Davidson has been vocal during broadcasts for 4 weeks now saying the same thing. Earlier he said he was sure we would get back to our winning ways soon.
Davison just said we have never had to dig out as big of a hole as Riley has put us in. He says he is angry. But the right coach can turn it quickly because we have good players. Man he is pissed. He just got choked up over how bad we are

Interesting... Davison just said we need to get a coach here who understands the unique ways you need to develop to win at Nebraska, then went on to praise high school football in Nebraska as better than people think.

Neb HS football is better than most give credit for. Have had some lean years for the high end elite talent but there are plenty of players who can bust the tail and give everything to a Nebraska team that is winning 10-11 games with a good mix of regional and national talent in.
Guys will push and fight for the team because they are fully invested. Look at the potential talent willing to leave if Riley goes. Yes to commit because of the coach, but if the school and all it has doesn't keep you, then you won't fight as hard. Need the mindset of toughness and passion together. We are seeing what happens when average to good talent has that on the field today. Sadly it's in the other set of jerseys.
