Yup it went pretty much as expected. RAC was pretty dead today although a lot of us showed up, there just wasn't much to cheer for. It was a quiet send off for our seniors. We really need to start closing the gap someway. somehow. I just don't see crowds like this being sustainable with beatdowns like this.

That was not a passive loss. He was the aggressor in this match. Miccic was in defense mode the entire match except the one takedown. In fact until that takedown his only shot was a weak snap down attempt.

Soriano had everything to gain and nothing to lose. He needed to push the entire seven minutes to reset the table at 133 lbs..

Not sure which match you were at but he did push the entire match ..got in more then once ..got called in ridiculous danger calls while on the attack ..that kid did nothing against Nick ...let’s see what happens in Big10

Why do the refs always seem to punish nick?? Especially at home...

As of now if everting plays out according to rankings, semi's would be Miccic vs Soriano. I would have preferred Desanto or Fix.

Do you think if NS beats Desanto at the B1G Tournament he’d jump him? Surely if he beats Desanto and Micic he will be 2 or 3, but if he beats Desanto and loses to Micic in the final, I’m not so sure.

If NS beats DeSanto h2h and places higher at B10 he should get the higher seed

My theory? The ref was from PA and he punished Rutgers and Nick because he transferred out of Cult U
