Probably haven't had a runaway since 1957.
Everybody has to get in line behind football. Even the NFL draft is heavily watched.
Yea I’d say that’s to be expected when you combine college football Saturday, nfl on Sunday, DJ having a lead that had no shot of him losing it, and tiger not in contention.
I wouldn't be surprised if viewership isn't down across the board on all Sports including the NFL.
Guessing it was also because the majority of the weekend coverage was in the morning. Similar to the early games in the NBA playoffs.
@TheValley91 is right though, there are enough people on here and the pro-Trump & anti-BLM/social justice/woke crowd that will IMMEDIATELY claim that it's due to "all these pro sports throwing political issues in my face", etc that viewership is down yet when it's their Holy event the Masters that also suffers, they come up with every other excuse in the book to whitesplain it away...
Yep, NBA playoffs during football season but not mentioned at all.

The NFL is down also, but the viewership is so large that its still basically the most or near it even with some attrition.
It was the worst masters I’ve ever watched and it’s not because Dustin Johnson ran away with it. Sports without fans in my opinion just is not the same no matter what you try to do with it. They better bring back fans there and create an atmosphere or else they will lose many fans for a long time. I am one of them. This is the first time in my life where I really don’t care about watching sports.
Half the country was not awake for a large portion of the viewing time. I don’t think anyone was boycotting the masters.
