Would you go back to Orgeron's phone logs, since HF was on that staff?

Did HF learn the details of recruiting from Orgeron?

I don't know if phone companies retain phone records that long. Is there a statute of limitations in reference to phone records?

Was the phone provided by the Foundation or by the school? I can't imagine why a university's "Vice Chancellor" wouldn't be issued a phone by the university.......

Among all the other stupid ways they've responded to everything in this case, I will never understand why they didn't just apologize to Houston Nutt and write him a check. As bad as this was going to be anyway, most of it could have been easily avoided or at least mitigated. But they keep doubling down all the way to the bitter end.

Two Things I take take away from this thread, Unc.

1. Matt Luke looks just like what everyone in the world thinks TSUN's coach is supposed to look like. He represents the plantation to a t. Swoop, check. Fat, check. Blow Hard, check.

Because if they do they then admit to misleading recruits and that is another NCAA violation..

So what? It's not like the NCAA would open up a whole new investigation and issue another NOA for that. They wouldn't even have to admit to lying to recruits anyway, just issue a standard half-way apology for the calls to reporters. But even if you are right, that would still be a better result for them than losing his $5M per year job over and being exposed to the world as a fraud, and Mars going through Bjork's phone records now.
