Any background on Ironside coaching Kylie Welker and Macey Kilty. Quite the jump from not coaching to taking on two world class wrestlers. Both have looked great.

He's been in the room for awhile now. He's been overseas with Kilty as well
I think Mark has always been around but he also started helping out with the women and I think him and Macey gravitated toward each other.
