You’re talking about a top 5 job in sports and probably the best in college sports. When the time comes they’ll have the pick of whoever they want and there’s gonna be great coaches who are interested

So many on here are so threatened by Gonzaga. I don’t get it.
I haven't seen one post in this thread where someone acts threatened. It's ok to talk about basketball , other teams, and other coaches on a basketball forum .

Based on the replies, he is a good coach but not a great coach.

1 final four in 20 years tho
It would be interesting to see what he could do if NIKE was funneling players to him like they do for coach k.

He likes it where he is, his family loves the area. He makes more money than 99% of the population...... I think M Few has life figured out pretty well.

I agree the situation makes it tougher to close the deal, but if you define success ONLY by championship rings then most coaches are going to retire as failures. If he stays long enough, he might someday ring the bell just once and that would be more than enough at a small, private west coast school.

Just my opinion.
