Lots of talk about us needing shooters. One of our greatest 3 pt shooters made no 3s in HS - THE GREAT TERRY DEHERE
Remember watching that game and will forever remember the last basket to cement the game: all five guys touch the ball which never touches the court (all passes) resulting in a fast break layup. I believe Raftery was color commentator.
That is a play tremendous memory. And I still cant come up with a team that played better nan to man D than those guys. Talk about the impossble dream.
This is phenomenal. Raf and Grant Hill just utterly shocked. Grant goes from shocked to pissed for a moment before he composes himself to resume commentary. But the sustained looks on those two guys' faces is just really something. Suitable!
Grant's heart must have veen breaking. He does a fair job as an announcer, but home is home.
If Jaren is half as nutty as his father, I'm not sure we want any part of this. He didn't leave us on good terms either but I'm sure he'll be happy to take our money.
Despite his last game here where to frankly put it he lacked maturity, he's nothing like his dad who is out of his mind.
