The Cornhuskers have appeared in the NCAA tournament seven times with a combined record of 0–7. Nebraska is the only power conference school that has never won a tournament game

One thing I don't like, is that MM has created this weird thing were losing is okay if it is at certain times.

Hanging a S16 banner or a EE or FF banner.

Lame. Banners are for winning it all. Not getting close.

Simmer down we had more National Championships while I was in college than Texas has had in 50 years......3x in fact. Plus that sweet NIT banner.

And Texass spent millions, AGAIN, and got another coach that will NEVER get them a NC in football. Well done. Your time on this board is just about up, enjoy it while you can. Laughing

So there you go smart guy...your turn to answer questions.
Now you got stuck with a guy your AD doesn't want and that your fan base doesn't want.

Classic Texas!

Also, amazing super collapse today.

About as well as your prediction. You had one right? Somewhere?
Actually no. I did have Texas winning my bracket (which obviously didn’t work out).

I learned a long time ago that there’s no such thing as “a lock” when it comes to gambling. Always makes me smile when I hear that bold proclamation. A fool and his money are soon parted.

Hey now, Horns only got outscored by 20 in the last 7 minutes.
They totally fell apart, they also lost out on at least 5 HC's, now they are going to have a brand new team next year with a HC that did pretty bad at his other gig.

It is just all falling into place!

I almost feel bad for them. They have nothing. Their FB team sucks and is only going to get worse when you add in 3 auto losses each year in the SEC.

They fired their BB coach when they could have just kept him suspended for the season.

Everything they touch they **** up.

I’ll bet you had Creighton losing much earlier too. If you go back I picked them correctly multiple times when most were fading them, along with other *locks* and major upsets, including Farleigh Dickinson over #1 Purdue. It’s fun for some and makes the game more exciting, so you do you. Get back to me when you grow some balls and stick your neck out for once.

Ha! I've stuck my neck out plenty betting on myself and running my own business, and the payoff has been more than well worth it. Congrats on your wins. Hope you continue to do well. But you know as well as I do, there are no "guarantees".

I also own my own business. Props on that. I’m just saying when you only come at me as a critic after the fact, you just look like a huge vaj. I have to agree to disagree with you, there are tons of locks, at least in the pros for sure. I do better in the big pro games like the Super Bowl. But it’s all funny money, fun to sharpen my skills and let other people know my picks to hold myself accountable.

Great for Big East, though. Awesome conference to watch year in/out.
it would be hard to argue which conference was better this year with the big east bringing uconn, creighton, marquette, xavier, providence versus the b12's texas, k-state, ku, baylor, and tcu.

uconn is clearly the best of the lot but conference strength is not measured by one or two programs. i'd say the top halves listed here are pretty much a pick 'em.

Badgers blow a double-digit lead, go scoreless in the final NINE MINUTES, and lose to North Texas in the NIT semis. But at least it’s in Las Vegas, so their fans can drown their sorrows in a couple of $9.99 buffets.

Mean Green HC Grant McCasland likely headed to Texas Tech as soon as NIT concludes. Good hire for Tech as the Big 12 adds another quality coach.

I'm absolutely shocked that shill Chip Brown is even employed still. I remind myself that it's Texas... And lack of class and their diarrhea journalism which stinks higher than their professionalism ever will reach.
