the 3 hour free preview- is it per device or per household isp?

That is, I hit limit yesterday with my desktop. Can I still watch today on my iPhone?

I couldn’t find the answer on their site.

CBS usually streams their CFB and CBB games from their site so I am sure they have their games from their site
The other channels I am not sure
