Etou is playing with a ton of confidence. Henderson found a rhythm and has hit 3 3’s in a row now. Taplin is making some great passes and we’re breaking down the press with ease.
We need to quit leaving Peter Pan (Capuano) alone. He’s 6’ nothing, slow, and can’t jump. He’s on the court for 1 reason only. Stick a man in his face and don’t let him catch the ball.

They did that before the Prairie View game. In that case at least, I’m confident it was during warmups.
The Manhattan guy was screaming in Taplin's face on the inbounds. Taplin got the ball back, crossed him over and scored right over him. Love it
They were moving their feet and really closing out. Only noticed a couple of break downs but pretty good overall.
Our section is trying to scream back at him. He gets these really big possessed eyes when he does it as well
We have completely lost all focus. One more pass just goes through someone’s hands I’m gonna lose it. D has gotten complacent and lazy which doesn’t go well with them hitting shots.

The corner 3 is wide open every time Etou touches the ball anywhere close to the paint. Korita was the negotiation of the last one.
Refs changed this half and are now calling every little touch a foul on us. Artisan got elbowed in the face, he got called for the foul. Scott got punched and they called him for traveling. Ridiculous and all because they probably realized Manhattan didn’t get into the bonus in the 1st half.

Yeah I'm not sure I understand the travel calls where guys are just pushed off their pivot foot
I just don’t know what his deal is this year... it’s like he’s regressed. Hopefully he gets back to playing to his ability level. I just appreciate the effort from geno, he always hustles.

Etou gets wrapped up in making the play a lot and doesn't have any perimeter vision or expect guys to be open.
Haith had to push him to go to the bucket so much that I think it gave him tunnel vision.
Yes but somehow he is still finding a way to score this season. Last year he turned it over or missed shots in a lot of those situations. Or drafted out of the game. Drastic improvement this season.
In Etou’s defense he had Polly Wantactacker spinning around so much in he paint yesterday it was almost comical. And he was buttery smooth with that elbow jumper. What I didn’t see Etou do yesterday was force 3 pt shots. Actually, we didn’t force many 3 pointers yesterday. Even Scott made a great fake and drive yesterday.
