Not sure because it's vague. It could be something, or might not be. We all said Manafort was dirty.

He originally came with high marks, and passed the background check. He even worked with Podesta. That said, he's a swamp rat.
A peculiar pick for a DC outsider, hell bent on returning the country to the people.

If true, this seems like it’s the definition of collusion to me. Either way, I guess maybe we don’t know EVERYTHING the SC has uncovered yet, do we?

Again, it was vague. Who knows what he handed over, for what purpose. He hadn't been charged with anything because of it. Since he had admitted to it, you'd think that would've been on this latest round no matter what, if so. Discussing peace deals/Ukraine in the run-up to the election doesn't on the surface mean anything either. Nothing says that the two were linked either. There's not enough information.

I'll go out on a limb and say that the messed up redactions weren't messed up accidentally.

Iceberg.

This was a stupid error by the staff of Manafort’s lawyers and a lack of training of staff by the lawyers themselves. Instead of actually redacting the text by using the Redact feature on the PDF document (a simple process), before filing it with Court and serving on opposing counsel (Mueller), they simply highlighted the confidential text in black, which highlighting can sometimes be removed by a document’s recipient.

The little snippet of information thus revealed is like an iceberg, as this mistake by Manafort’s lawyers indicates that there is substantial “stuff” going on below the surface that we don’t know about yet.

I’m more interested in the secret proceedings i mentioned several weeks ago, at the District courthouse, when they cleared out one entire floor of the courthouse for a secure hearing and provided private access to the participants away from public view. In that same case, the U.S. Supreme Court yesterday voted, without dissent, to allow a daily fine of $50,000 on an unnamed company owned by an unnamed foreign government as long as it fights a grand jury subpoena in the Mueller investigation.

Other than DC office, do we know what branch of the investigation that originated from? It is intriguing.

Oh, it was a cryptic SOS sent to let the nation know that Manafort was.......a good campaign manager?

Riddle me this, if those events truly led to conspiracy against the US, why would his lawyers be arguing in the brief about charges of lying, and referencing the conspiratorial pieces? It doesn't make sense.
As reference to what Manafort cooperated with the SC about?

I was laughing at your line "We all said Manafort was dirty."

I have no idea what all this new conspiracy nonsense is.

The whole brief was arguing that he didn't lie.

That's like a dirty husband telling his wife that he didn't lie, that he did have a couple of drinks, in his side piece's place.

Right.....you make the argument that your client didn’t lie by referencing information not shared with the council, but by referencing information that shows no crime at all, but rather just information that shows common events

Then Trumps a clueless and dangerous chump?

Yes, in short.

As an outsider (and repeatedly calling them out), the intel community didn't trust him, stayed away from him, and wouldn't work with him. He had no clue what he was doing when he took office. None. He probably now only has half a clue. He relied on some people he never should have, and some gave him bad information. Being the most powerful person on the planet and clueless, that is dangerous.

Not really. Everyone said at the time that he was the only one willing to work for Trump because nobody thought he could win.

At least you guys are starting to see that he is as crooked as you think Hillary is
He hasn't sold out his country to the highest bidder. Just please show where he's banked a billion dollars in his Trust for future services. You really are a liar if you can't see that Bill and Hill are the the two crookest politicians ever. Trump was never in politics except giving money to both sides.

People pumping money into government are as crooked as those taking it, imo.

I can literally smell the bourbon dripping onto the floor of the message board.
