being such a sensitive snowflake that I voluntarily don't watch one of, if not the, greatest sporting event in the world. Not only that, the game was incredible. Exciting from start to finish. The commercials were funny and original. The halftime show was entertaining.

The NFL usually blows, but that was an awesome game

Dude, you're the most sensitive snowflake on this board. Calling other people names doesn't change that. With that clarified, I don't disagree with your comments about the game.

That was an amazing game. I didn't watch as much NFL this year but it was because I watched a ton of college games and did family day on Sunday. However the NFL playoffs this year were incredible sans the Eagles/Vikings game and it was fairly amazing in terms of watching the Philly fans partying for 2 quarters. Tonight was unreal

I watched it and loved it. Not that the Pats lost but was a great game

I wasn't going to watch because I'm sick of the Patriots but I turned there at the start of the third quarter and even did a little yelling and cheering at the end.

Maybe if you had seen a family member come home in a flag draped casket, you would be a little more “snowflake” in your feelings toward any member of a group that chooses to kneel for that same flag. It’s all about perspective youngster and you need to think about that and lose the tunnel vision.

Exactly. Whether they are vegan, non-Christian, gay, likes Coke better than Pepsi, Miller lite over Bud lite, smh. Let individuals be who they are. Why are folks so worried about others? It's their own insecurities. I doubt some will ever get it tho. Toughest issues to recognize are sometimes your own.

The term snowflake is being used on right wing conservatives now? Wow, that word has really gone around. Anyway, I watched the game. Good game. Whether people stand, or sit, or kneel during the National Anthem doesn't bother me. People have a right to peaceful dissent in this country. The Constitution says so.

I think 90% of the country are snowflakes and 90% of them don't know that they are.

And you bring up the Constitution. Kudos to you. Because you know most involved in the discussion don't even mention the actual document that allows for peaceful dissent. We fight hard to defend and to perserve this document, ie soldiers fight for this very right to remain. I'll always say in all of our weirdness in actually allowing our citizens to have a voice it makes us a special place. No place is perfect but I'm sticking around here.

Good morning @johnhugh hope you are well. I watched almost the entire game. I had to put my kids to bed during the third quarter so I missed a little.
I’m sorry you couldn’t understand my sarcasm towards @iceheart08 yesterday in his I’m not watching thread. You know, trolling the troll. I guess I got you huh?

It was a tremendous football game which is what it should all be about. The game. I have never really cared for the halftime shows (can't stand the "staged" people jumping up and down and cheering around the stage for one thing), and I believe the commercials have been over hyped now and really never meet expectations any longer.

Two philly players already told CNN they would not visit the White House. Not even 12 hours after winning the Super Bowl they are engaging in division but you call the people who didn’t watch snowflakes. First time in my life that I remember not watching and I didn’t miss one minute.

I cannot imagine being such a docile, servile follower that I would watch some event that insulted my existence, just so unthinking drones might somehow approve.

That is, if they could stop obsessing about themselves and whom they hate long enough to actually notice the interest and welfare of 'others' not like them.

Fortunately, I am not a desperate, collectivist approval seeker. Because hundreds of millions die every time those collectivists have their way in international governance. Such may not presume to set my standards for me.

I do not need a pathetic, statist, surrogate mommy.
