Players are celebrating in private. New Power Towel being revealed.
I know we laughed about that and that song they made up but every stupid pro team seems to play that Wildcat Willy chant song now...

If Elway doesn't **** can him this year, it'll be his *** next.Nah I hope the Broncos keep Joseph as long as possible
Probably right. Well nobody with any other viable good options....A young guy with a 6 figure salary and no better D-1 options I'm sure would take it.Thank you. The "nobody will take that job if they fire this guy" take is the most baseless thing I see said most often about coaching turnover. There will ALWAYS be somebody who is willing to take those jobs for 6 and 7 figures a year. It's beyond stupid to suggest that coaches won't sign on to make a boatload of money coaching a mid-to-upper-tier P5 school.
You all would take a job taste testing hog ******** for what some of these head coaches get paid. You'd grin and tell people, "Three million bucks buys all the mouthwash you need!"
He was about to be fired prior to 2016. Shawn Watson. BOOK IT
Effective at the end of the season.
FIFYNah I hope the Broncos keep Joseph as long as possible
Signed Chiefs, Raiders, Chargers fan
Better change the headline of this thread. He's not fired yet.Not much of a vote of confidence from the AD here:
He gone.Better change the headline of this thread. He's not dead yet.
Isn't he in prison for murder?Rae Curruth is available. Too soon?
Nebraska OWNED cu, and the state of Kansas as well!MacIntyre was the only CU coach with a winning record against Nebraska outside of Sonny "Slushfund" Grandelius (2-1 from 1959 to 1961) and Dal Ward (7-3-1 from 1948 to 1958). Hard to believe that despite CU's 9-4-1 start against Nebraska in the Big 7/8) that the series is 49-19-2 in Nebraska's favor. Thanks, Bobfather (10-1 vs. Colorado), TO (21-3-1), Solich (5-1) and Bo (3-0)!

Yeah, that would be it. I hadn't really thought past Bill Cubit and Illinois-I just remember how embarrassing it was to lose to an interim coach. But since he was never given the job on a permanent basis and probably had little chance of being retained barring going on a huge unexpected run, Al Golden would be it since he was the actual head coach at the time and not just an interim.
Now that you mention it, I remember that. Odd situation.Cubit actually was named the coach in November that year and given a 2 year contract. New AD came in and fired him in late February and paid him a $985K buyout and hired Lovie.
