They're rated number 1 in the WNC, just beat a dang good team last week in Davidson Day (who have multiple D-1 commits), and have one of the best QBs number wise in WNC history. I just assumed they were the best...
muffed punts, turnovers, penalties...basically whatever you need to do to lose, Asheville did tonight.
25-29 NC stopped us on the 1 for the go ahead score. We had 3 or 4 TOs. Believe they had 2 or 3. But that's part of the game.
shelby has amazing athletes they get a crack and it's over and they send them at you in waves.acr played very well on defense except for 3 plays but that's what shelby can do to you
congrats to mountain heritage on their win over the warriors hadnt heard much about them till tonite. congrats to shelby on beating us tonite i couldnt go but heard it was a hard fought game
Very pleased with the Rockets tonight who played without starting TB Sean Jones due to illness. Shelby threw a 60+ yard TD with :45 left in game, 3 minutes to go in 3rd we were tied 14-14, so very pleased over all. Few mental errors to fix for ACR but after the last two teams we played I'm pleased with our progress and the future of ACR this year.
Congrats to NC on their win, I predicted a blowout for Asheville and was way off so I humbly admit it.

AC Reynolds has great players, a big line and a very good coach. The MAC is their's again. Shelby is Shelby. Can't judge the rest of the season on this game. Look for AC Reynolds to lay some spankings on future opponents.

I live in Monroe/Indian Trail so I was thinking of coming over to Shelby to see the game.
We play pisgah Thursday night also, was thinking about heading to Cleveland county as well for SP/Shelby

We threw screen passes to keep the chains moving, screen passes that were pretty much extended running plays. The kid is a dynamic athlete, he made a heckuva of a play.
Shelby took a knee with 1:10 to go, ACR called time out with :56 seconds to go because the coach wanted to tell his player not to be or do anything stupid and just let them kneel down. One of our players was a little aggressive on the first kneel down. I was down there we didn't cal timeout to get the ball back, but I can see why Shelby would think that. Look we had a chance to make the tackle on that pass and didn't, losing by 14 or 21 it's all a loss.

Our coaches were frustrated all nite over penalties, we played poorly a few times, all in all we respect Ac and love our series with them. GOOD LUCK HERE ON OUT TO AC

Would love to see MH and Tuscola play. 65-60 sounds about right. MH puts up 58 on Erwin, Tuscola put up 28 on Erwin in 2Q scrimmage. Would be fun to watch.
That would be a terrible match up for Tuscola, Heritage run defense would eat Tuscola for lunch. It will take a passing team to beat MH,
