I think the bottom line is, Asheville doesn't have the speed, the size or the drive we used to have. I love coach metcalf and this offense but we just don't have the horses we are so used to seeing. Dating back to last year this is going to be our 3rd loss in a row. I don't think we have lost three straight games in 15+ years. Granted it is just one game, but you couldn't really ask for a worse start to the season, especially following the 2015 debacle. I hate to even think it, but the football we fans were used to seeing in a 10 year span several years ago is nowhere to be found anymore. Just don't have the talent we used to
We don't have as much THIS year as we have had in years past. We still have a lot more than most teams. Sounds like we are making a move
What an amazing game. Was horrible by us, I believe 5 TOs and close to 100 yards of penalty's. Down 21-0 at one point, then 28-8. And we still found a way to come back and win. Wow
