Who’s next? Cleveland?

The Gov of Ohio has strongly recommended that no fans be allowed in at any HS or college sporting events, so, yes, Cleveland will be next. And you know that's where RU will end up being for their first round and it will go on to prove that there really is a RU screw and God really, really hates Rutgers.

Paranoid at it’s height. Are churches and supermarkets next?

Churches have already stopped shaking hands for the sign of the peace, taking communion directly to your mouth and there is currently a moratorium on drinking wine from the chalice.

Wouldn't using Vodka instead address that issue?

Dear lawd... we finally make the tournament and I’m now seeing this as a matter of when, not if the NCAAT closes to fans (or cancelled altogether)

For the MAC it says family members are allowed in.

Just curious, how is someone going to prove that they are a family member if they have a different last name, unless each team is making a list of who is attending and that way they would be let in?

Best of Luck,
Groz

Hoping the NBA doesn’t close off arenas in the next week. That would be a death knell

NBA may not have a choice. State and/or feds could make them shut things down for the greater good.

None of those people look scared. Every conference tournament game on TV tonight is packed with fans who seem to be having a blast and not giving in to fear

Just crank the heat (like CVS @ THE RAC) about 78 in every gym/arena. Problem solved. :ThumbsUp

Sixers and Flyers telling fans to stay home.
A few days ago I said watch what the NHL/NBA says. I remain convinced that the NCAAs will either be postponed or played in empty arenas. If only we had a very fast testing procedure that you could use in near real time (they're being worked on) to be screened to enter - we might, as an "instant test" is being developed in the UK, but it'll likely take 4 weeks to be ready...

I just hope they don't cancel March Madness. Empty arenas would suck but as long as the games are still televised millions can still see them and the dreams all these kids had (not just Rutgers, everybody) don't have to be wrecked.
