It will be interesting to see how Mcclung turns out. I look forward to checking in on the Georgetown website next year.

Kid looks like a super exciting , hard working , and talented player. People bashing him is just BS. I would’ve been excited for him to be at Rutgers, big time. He’s a high light reel and athletic freak. Certainly had more than enough for Pike to work with. And try telling anyone that he doesn’t look light years better than Souf or Bullock

So why did only Georgetown offer him?

I'm not so sure a front court guy was prioritized over a PG. Who is our PG after Corey is gone? We don't have a D1 PG besides Corey on the team. Baker can handle the ball but he's a 2.

Not a high major player. Rutgers saw it when he worked with the team on his visit. Not a good sign when Souf outplays you. Look at his visit date and his de-commit date. Rutgers moved on here, not the other way around.
Souf couldn't outplay a one armed midget with diarrhea.

A 4 was certainly prioritized. We need to replace Freeman, right?

Yeah but at least we have players who can play the 4 like Doucoure, Thiam, Omoruyi. Who the hell is going to handle the ball? I just thought the demand for a PG was higher.

Well, Thiam is not a 4. He can not guard 4’s in this league. You are what you can guard.

Truth is, we are both right. We need both a 4 and a 1. And shooters. And size, defense and depth at the 5.
