was checking out Golf Digest and discovered that I have been lucky enough to play 6 of the top 100 courses in America........28 Primland (twice), 31 Cascades (multiple times) 37 Greenbrier (many times) 43 Golden Horseshoe (twice) 96 Kingsmill (won 2 tourneys there) and 100 Spring Creek (ditto on the 2 tourneys)......not bad for a supposed goose crap scooper huh.....and all of them were free except for the tournaments

Bridge Haven in Fayetteville make the top 100? What about Nicholas County Memorial Course? Rainelle Country Club? Sleepy Hollow, Hawk's Nest, Pipestem, Cacapon, Elk's Course in Lewisburg? If so, I've played on a bunch of top 100 courses, and got drunk each time I played. Last really good one I played at was Bay Harbor in Northern Michigan. That's usually top 100. I was drunk there too, drinking those $30 6-packs. Haven't played for three years now, but will probably start back up once I retire. Will need something to do while my wife continues to work.
The all-time leader in majors won is none other than the Golden Bear, Jack Nicklaus, an Ohio State alum. Chew on that Paw Paw, Slow Head.

he's my favorite golfer of all time ...I will NEVER forget when he won the Masters at 48.....I got cold chills.....best 9 holes of golf I ever witnessed....it's just too bad he has to be burdened with being a buckeye
