What’s the upcoming football season preview of Heritage and LCA look like ? This thread is quiet from the Lynchburg area .. anybody got any info of those football teams ?!

Im looking forward to Heritage coming to Graham. Brad Bradley's family (distant family) came from Bluefield including "Burhead" Bradley, the former Head Coach at Graham High many years ago. Hopefully the GMen can play with them and have a shot at a W. Tall task. Graham should be very solid. Im curious also as to what Heritage will have.
I'm wondering when the 7 on 7's will take place. Most seminole teams go to that, including some Dogwood teams like Appo, William Campbell, Altavista and sometimes Gretna.
From what I see on social media, and heard on podcasts, Heritage will have new additions on the coaching staff including former QB Jabari Blake. They will be young at the qb position, but with the players that will be around the Qb and with what they have returning on the line, they should still be good. I heard they will likely have a Junior starting at QB, but also incoming Freshman Darryl Alexander who already has an offer to Norfolk State is in the conversation. Also, Soph Defensive end/Running Back Tremeek Hudson has picked up two offers from Liberty and Marshall. Longtime assistant Jerret Martin appears to have joined Jamar Lovelace's staff at EC Glass.
LCA will have a new head coach in Tyler Meeks. They lose Jayden Cowart at RB and Safety, but I expect them to still be able to run the ball with the line that they have. Payne and Manning are gathering in multiple D1 offers over the offseason while Collins is getting some attention as well. WR Jordan Burns and QB Luke Gathier are also picking up offers.
JF in my opinion will be the team to beat in the Seminole. Good group of seniors and coming off a state Semifinal Run. They've also got some guys like Coleman and Barnett that will be dangerous with the ball in their hands. Coleman and Logan Hamilton are pulling in D1 offers. They will be TOUGH.

Do you have any film or info about that freshman QB ? That is intriguing that he has offers already . I’m interested to see if Heritage will run those Qbs this year again being they r smaller and younger .. they still have the Rb #6 who is a stud.
I'm looking forward to this too. I'm hoping that Graham at least has visitors bleachers and lights by the time this game comes around. I'm sure the home side won't be completed yet and they will be sitting in folding chairs. I don't think there will be a ton of folks making the trip from Lynchburg to Bluefield, but it would be nice to have some decent seating available for the visitors at least, when the season starts. I'm glad to see Graham playing such a quality opponent, it will be a good test for them.

Thanks for linking this to me. I thought the message board got quiet on me haha. This kid is definitely the most talented kid on the field in middle school. I would like to see him throwing some passes just to get a look.
