Lynch was the bright spot

I thought he pitched an excellent game. The hits were mostly infield and he had great control. Not to mention the stamina to go deep into the game.

Yeah he was locked in once he got warmed up. Encouraging pitching performances in both games.

Best game he’s pitched all year. He does tend to have lapses when he gets 2 outs for some reason.

Lynch was great. I was there to see it and was happy to see him able to go 7 innings. He got hit hard early but righted the ship. That error was the game. He did his job and then some.

Weird to lose a game without allowing an earned run. Their pitcher was also great. I think we have learned that some of these D3 dudes can really play.
