Congratulations to LA. Tough game but I am proud of the Griffins. They will be back with a vengeance next year with all their returning starters. Holding LA to 3 points is a huge accomplishment for this young team. LWE did much better than I thought they would this year.

I flipped a coin and Marist won So I headed over to Glenbrook south. Marist is another family school Not much of a game these as Marist dominated

Loyola moved the ball some. Some dropped passes killed drives. LWE QB took some sacks in no lose situations. He had 4th down and long a couple times while in Loyola territory and elected to hold the ball and take a sack rather than throw it downfield. Even if picked off it would have resulted in lesser field position for LA. I'm guessing it wasn't LWE's normal starter.

Wow. Took me a bit to digest the game I saw. Congrats to Loyola and the D they put on the field. Where do you start...new QB1 who took over after Lockport after an injury , did a great job but just can’t get experience in time for a D like the Ramblers showed. I could not be more proud to be a Griffin fan than today. The Seniors on this squad paved the way for the 16 underclass starters LWE put on the field. Experience will be a plus for next year. Just could not take advantage of the limited chances they had today. The interception that was just out of bounds allowed the game winning field goal just before halftime. 3-0.....I really have never witnessed a game with that score of American . Congrats to all participants in this one. Go Porters!

LA guys your 12-0 and your making excuses about losing your RB? I get it but it’s football your going to lose players. East lost their starting QB about the same time LA lost their RB. Next man up guys. Be happy with the win it’s one win from the finals.
