The NCAA swears they don't think about individual matchups when deciding on seeding and bracket position. But it wouldn't surprise me if the NCAA actually did something like this. UK would have to beat BYU, Kansas, and Duke to make a FF. At no other time would UK get matched up with BYU.

Kansas isn't getting past SMU...

I think Purdue and Houston are clearly the top 2. Beyond that, I'm not sure we're truly behind anyone.

Florida has some good returning pieces and some good transfers. But losing Clayton and Martin is a huge blow. You don't just plug in Boogie Fland and keep on rolling.

It’ll be interesting to see how Fland does in Florida with real coaching.

Florida is getting way too much love. They lose their top three scorers and all three were studs. Clayton might have been the best player in the country.

We sure are looking strong for a three seed.

I can sorta see why Lunardi is hedging his bets. We have to see for sure whether JQ is 100%. We have a lot of people to keep happy and to gel into a team. While we have some good answers possibly, we are still largely an unknown in terms of perimeter shooting at the level and volume we’ll need to truly catch fire. But still. Given what else is out there

We sure are looking strong for a three seed.

A 3 seed in the same region as BYU and Duke. Joey Brackets loves drama. I think we are going to be a 1 instead of Florida. Cats win the SEC Crown in Nashville and don't look back.
